On rare occasions, if you aren’t satisfied with our product and would like to return it, please drop a mail to us stating your name, purchase number, date of purchase and the reason for return at labelsurabhiraj@gmail.com within 2days of receiving the product.
We request you to return the item within 7days of receiving the parcel. We will accept return of the product only if it is intact with the tag in its original condition without any damage or stains.
Once the item is received and the product is duly checked, we will provide you with store credits of an amount equal to that of the purchased product. Store credits are valid for 3 months from date of issuing.
Our brand focuses on creating comfortable silhouettes, breathable and easy to wear. We also believe that every individual comes with a unique body type and hence we offer alterations to suit your specifications.

Please note that you can get the items altered by writing to us within 15 days of purchase. Items once altered can’t be exchanged or turned to their original condition. Alterations take around 10-15 working days.
Alteration and customization aren’t applicable on items on SALE.
Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans, resulting in each product being unique and versatile. An irregular weave, color, print or a stitch isn’t a defect, but a unique identity of our rich textiles. Most of the processes are manual; hence the irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the process and not defect.
Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and color, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.
All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below: Exchange/Return will be only accepted once.
We only exchange a product for once and when informed within 2 working days from receiving the goods. If you would like to request an exchange please write to us at labelsurabhiraj@gmail.com Items which are to be exchanged need to be sent back within 7 days of receiving the goods.

You can exchange products by first following the return procedure. Once we receive the product, we can offer an exchange with a product of same or higher price value.
Above condition do not apply to items on Sale/Made to order or Customized products.
Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address. Company will not be responsible for any loss in the courier sent by you.
Clothing sent to us without prior email will not be accepted .
If we have sent you a wrong item (wrong style, color or size), shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.
Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
In case of minor design and color variations. With hand made products there will always be some variation between products.
For packages lost in transit. In case we discover any wrong pricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price, the difference amount shall be refunded.
In any of the above Mentioned case, Refunds will be initiated within 15 days.
Incorrect or outdated delivery address. Package refused by recipient. Products returned in a used or damaged condition. Kindly Note : Exchange and Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment.
